Nowadays there are programs that can simulate anything, and this Glaciers is proof of it. Its mission is to simulate the behaviour of polar glaciers.
To do this, the Glaciers user can adjust the characteristics and properties of the glacier, and the ambient temperature. From this moment on, you can see how the glacier grows and shrinks.
In Glaciers you also have other scientific utilities to measure the glacier, its speed, weight, etc. For Glaciers to work correctly you need to install Sun Java 1.5 or later.
